Is there really anything better than a horror novel? And is there any better horror writer today than Stephen King? Stephen King is the master of horror, and his latest book Duma Keywill not disappoint.

I read the book over a long weekend, only stopping for the occasional coffee break, meal or the "honey, do you think you can let the dog out!" Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it as Duma Keyis Stephen King's best work yet.

King, as usual, does a great job building anticipation, steadily increasing the readers chills and horror. My only knock against the Duma Key, and King's writing in general is he stretches out (to the extreme sometimes)a description of what a character is seeing or thinking. However, by the end of this book, like all of the masters writings, you are so invested in the characters and plot you just can’t put the book down. Stephen King has done it again, long live "The King"!

To the right, is a sample of some of Stephen King's work. You can find these King masterpieces, as well as the Duma Key here
